ALL ARE ENCOURAGED AS NEUROSCIENCE IS APPLICABLE TO MANY FIELDS OF STUDY

OUR MISSION

To emplify Wake Forest’s motto of Pro Humanitiate;  to inspire, educate, and bring awareness to neuroscience and how it affects our community

To provide information and research to Winston-Salem and Wake Forest communities in an effort to broaden the understanding of the human brain

 

To make neuroscience a fun and enjoyable topic for the entire community to relate to and be involved with

 

Brain Awareness Council: national organization run by graduate students

 

Interdisciplinary Club: part of the Psychology, Neuroscience, and Biology departments

 

Collaborate with elementary, middle and high schools

Volunteer

We volunteer at the ABC School, Children's Center, elementary schools, and more!

Research

Neuroscience minors are required to become part of undergraduate research studies

Advocacy

Brain Awareness Week: a week dedicated to understanding how important our brains are

Mentorship

As a group we offer advice to younger members about internships, classes, and research
